If your home isn't quite ready for a full restoration maybe it's time for a general maintenance coat! It is best to give your home a good rinse down twice a year, however sometimes you just need a fresh coat of stain. With our general maintenance coat, we'll wash your house down freeing it from any dirt and debris, check for any breaks or cracks in the caulk or silicone and then brush a fresh coat of stain or clear-coat on the structure bringing back that freshly-stained look.
