Caulking/Chinking
Sealing your log/cedar-sided structure is generally the first step in our process. Our goal is to prevent water, bugs, and dust from entering the home. If your home has been previously sealed, we will check for cracks and breaks in the caulk or chink, as well as check the silicone around the windows and reseal them as needed.
Power-washing
Chemically stripping your log/cedar-sided structure by properly using environmentally safe products will remove the old finish and clean the wood in preparation for the new finish.
Sanding
Sanding is done after washing the house to buff out any imperfections in the logs/siding and will also remove any stain that did not come off during the power-washing phase.
Staining
We use the best products on the market when it comes to staining the logs and decking. Whether you'd prefer oil or water-based products, it will be applied correctly and back-brushed, ensuring that the products exceed expectations.
